We have designed this online Gift Membership form to be as simple as possible.
All you need to do is:
- Select the Type of Membership you would like.
- Enter the Member Name(s) and Postal Address for the gift recipient.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions of Membership.
- Enter comments, if you wish.
- Press the Submit button.
Once you have pressed the Submit button, the PayPal payment page will be displayed so you can submit your payment.
